Rochelle Sand

Rochelle has been in many choir’s and sung for many functions over the years. She teaches Sunday school and is the wedding coordinator at Triumph Lutheran in Moorhead.

She has a wonderful knack for decorating and bringing a touch of class to everything she is a part of! She is the first smiling face you see when you come to Jasper’s ticket booth.
